Hi Bill, I was on the Benloyal a few times firstly from 12/63 to 10/64 as JOS, some of the time doing "peggying". I remember you went to live in Hong Kong.
A happy ship with a good deck crowd, not least the the amazing bosun, Jamie Jamieson. Sailed later with a few of the Loyal deck crowd including a few trips with Jamie Watt when he was bosun.

Hi Peter,ivaguely Remember You I Do Recall The Bosun Jimmy Jamieson,and Captain Magill Also Abs Jimmy Watt Charlie Crockett And Gerry Sorrie As We All Went Drinking In Aberdeen Those Were The Days!!! I Worked In H,k,for 16 Years Returned To The Uk In 1982 Living In Peterborough Ended Up As Chauffeur To Pearl Insurance Now Retired.regards Bill
