Captain Alf Waters,RFA

I have been approached by the family of Captain Alf Waters, RFA. They would like to build up a profile of his career at sea and have asked if anyone remembers Captain Waters or sailed with him.

I know he served on various ships during the Second World War and ended up in command, one of his ships as Captain was the RFA Reliant in 1967, after that things get a little sketchy, but I am trying to get a list of the ships he served on.

If any of you gentlemen served with Captain Waters and have recollections of him, could I ask if you would kindly drop me a line and I will be happy to pass on any details, good, bad or indifferent to the family.
