Mr Lindsay Frost, former Cunard Cruise Director

I regret to advise that Mr Lindsay Frost passed away on Good Friday after an accident at his home.

I don't know Lindsay's full career, but I first met him on board QE2 in December 1987. He was Assistant Cruise Director at the time. He left Cunard about 1995 and did a few odd stint with various cruise lines including Holland America Line as Cruise Diector in the old NOORDAM. About 1997 he join Saga Shipping as Cruise Director in SAGA ROSE and then he moved into the office as Head of Entertainment.

For the past few years he was involved in local politics, serving as a Common Councilman with Croydon Council.

Lindsay was a good friend. We had some good times together. Sadly, he leaves a wife and two young children.

Lindsay's dad was Jack Frost, well known Southampton reporter in the 60s. He and Niel Potter co-authored, 'The Mary', 'The Elizabeth' and The QE2.
