How high is a deck on cruise/Passenger ship?

I make profile about own cruise ship and need info about deck high.(in meters)

I have read that a seven deck ship is approx 23 meters high. Not sure if that is correct or not. maybe other members will know for sure.

I need the info for ship designe. alittle guess one deck is over 2 m high but punktrul?
