Oscar W - paddlesteamer
This vessel is located in Goolwa, the mouth of the Murray River in South Australia.
Dimensions: 31.5m x 6.3m x 1.6m, Composite Built: 1908, Echuca by Charlie Wallin, He named the boat after his son Oscar. Paddle wheel locations: Side Engine: 2 cylinder, 16 HP, wood burning steam engine. The engine was converted from wood to oil burning between 1945 to 1964 . And converted back to wood in the 70's.
