U94 was the one that sunk her and if it is any consolation this site tells you the fate of U94 which was scuttled after being depth charged by a US ship then rammed by a Canadian one.
Found a piccie somewhere in one of the files, don't know to whom it belongs, maybe someone will come up later, and claims that one, so unfortunately no credits to the owner of her.But will, if shows up.

11.6.1942 Torpedoed and damaged by German submarine U-569 (Hinsch), and later sunk by a coup de grace by German submarines U-94 (Ites) and U-569, part of the "Hecht" (Pike) patrolgroup of six U-boats, in the Atlantic NE of St John's Newfoundland in posn 49.50N 41.37W while on a voyage from Immingham and Loch Ewe to Father Point and Sydney CB, in ballast, a straggler from convoy ONS 100 comprising 38 ships. The Master, Capt Herbert Vivian Bradley Morden, was taken prisoner, landed at La Pallice 28.6.42 and taken to Milag Nord. 42 crew were rescued by RCN corvette Chambly 925/40 (K116) (Lt JD Prentice) and landed at St John's. 2 crew were lost.
If you look closely at the picture Ruud posted there is a man in the bottom right hand corner by the waterline. If that poor sod is painting and was starting there he should just about have finished by now (LOL)
