Came across this site whilst I was looking for photos of the Waimana
My Great Uncle came to Australia on board in 1912.
I am hoping to be able to put together information about the ships my relatives emigrated to Australia and New Zealand on

Welcome aboard form East Yorkshire, Bruce.
I'm sure if you don't find exactly what you want you will only have to ask.
We have the knowledge, usually.[=P]

Welcome to SN Bruce.

You can make a start by checking out the Ships Research Forum where there are some hints and tips on where to find information. Also threads discussing other people's experience.

If you have the names of the ships your relatives arrived on I am sure there is a chance that one of our members will have information about them and with a bit of luck pictures as well. Also if you have the names you can look in the Gallery section and do a search to see if there are pictures already on this site.

Good luck with your research - but be prepared for a long engagement.

Regards,

Brian

Bruce,

A warm welcome to SN from the Isle of Anglesey.
There are plenty of SN members who share your particular interest so, have a good look round and join in the banter as much as possible.
Beware, it is addictive! (Thumb)
