Hi
I am giving a talk to my local Family History group quite soon and I wonder if anyone can help with my predicament.
My GG Uncle Charles Bland and 2 Aunts sailed to USA early 1880 and I am told they sailed on the Alsatia landing in New York 10 June 1880.
I can't find any photographs of this or little information.

Many thanks in anticipation.

Anne

Anne D - The Anchor Line Vessels on the North Atlantic Trade sailed from Yorkhill Quay in Glasgow with a call at an Irish Port then direct to New York.
Quite a number of Scandinavian Emigrants also made the " short " North Sea voyage and train journey to Glasgow from Leith to join the vessels. Bob L
