British Venture

In my local church, there is a bell inscribed with the name British Venture as well as a couple of kneelers with the same name. I understand there was a tanker sunk in the 2nd world war bearing that name and wonder if anyone has details of her crew members at the time as it seems possible that one of them might have been a former member of our congregation. The church is in Prenton, Birkenhead and any help you can give would be much appreciated.

Thanks in anticipation,

Robert Vague
