I agree totally, Thanks PAULD for posting, it brings back many very GOOD memories ! I was aboard 1958 as 2nd elect untill mid April 1960, Captain- Lundy, C/O Chubb, C/Eng Jock Burns, 2nd eng Ted Ottaway, 3rd eng -?, 4th eng Brian Head, Ch. Fridge Jim Routledge, other names that come to mind are Ray LeMarsh, Chris O'Conner, Roy Quirk, Roy Henage, Tony Maddocks, I can only recall just two of the engineroom crew, Dusty Miller and Joe Golding, I would often have a beer with the Chef or Pantryman, to arrange times to sort out any oven/service. I would work through the night. It would help to keep things running smothly. Great crowd throughout.
