I'm searching for information on the M.V. Wilscox that was scuttled off Omaha Beach, Normandy on June 6,1944. I'd like to verify whether my father, Gerald E. M. Renouf, on officer on that ship, was there... thanks, Ada

Dear squinn9807: thank you so much for the information, I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond - we're having work done in our condo and are very disorganized. I tried to email you before but maybe you never received it? As I finally reset my password with ships nostalgia, I'll write again and hope you can send me the list from LST 262 - I've tried looking on various websites with no success.
My email is: [email protected]
I, and my family, appreciate any further information you can give me regarding my father.
Best wishes, Ada Renouf Budd
