This a rather belated Seasons Greeting and Happy days for the Good Auld New Year of 2014 . Gong Xi Fa Cai. and Sui Sui Ping An. (Harmony and safety all year round.)

I am glad to see you all have had a great time over the festive period and may I wish all the coasties and deep sea men of "Our Wullie Tam Sing Navy " and Mable May white and blue hats, crocodile jokiey brigade, Timely hours kept by Mary Jordan watches, Yuk Kee tailor to the fleet of white and khaki work gear, and the ladies of the Red Cross who wee eagerly gave a pint in the stenching hot ships hospital just for a cool bottle of San Miguel .

I hope 2014 is a better year for you all and myself included. The above dribble is not the affects of chemo or anti sickness, I am just trying to do the same as "Oldman" out in Auss recalling my grey matter .

I am back in circulation but still having the treatment during chemo I had to go into Hospital due to serve post chem sickness. They put the correct drugs in after that and I feel 100 times better..

Come on lads lets get some of your nostalgia out and working for 2014, Good Health Happiness and Good Spirit to you all.

Ian.

Best of luck - and always remember YOU CAN DO IT.
I know, because I did.
It's 20 years now, plus a bit. They said I wouldn't see the new millennium - but I did.
But you do get older a bit faster, and tire more quickly.
Stick at it - YOU CAN WIN - believe me.

Edit: With Ben Line behind you - you are streets ahead of the pack - I reckon.
