An interesting, but sad story behind this one.


'Novadoc' built 1928, was one of 3 'Lakers' to founder that day in the same area of Lake Michigan which was hit by a huge storm, with most of her crew being rescued.


The two other Lake ships, being the 'William B. Davock' and the 'Anna C. Minch' were sadly lost with all hands during that storm.
