Repro- Royal Rowbarge which dates from all the way back to 2012.
Well preserved though is the "Royalty" in the background, which was built in 1913 at Oxford by Salter Bros for Joseph Mears , Richmond. She has been active in the Thames passenger trade for over a century.
Originally a steamer , now diesel powered.

During WW2 she was a hospital carrier. Although it is sometimes claimed she was at Dunkirk this seems unlikely as the Thames steamers were not fitted with condensers and broke down when confronted with sea water. Possible confusion with the Thames sailing barge "Royalty" which was at Dunkirk and was abandoned there.
