The 1968 Muroran, Japan, built bulk carrier ALIALMON, owned by Stavros Livanos, is seen passing Hoek van Holland, outbound from Rotterdam, on 19th June 1970 during a ballast voyage to Hampton Roads to load cargo for Japan.

Most unlike Livanos to undertake a voyage in ballast - must have been a shortage of cargoes around at the time.
