She looks very dirty for a brand new ship, almost looks like she is at the breakers yard.

Macca,
The second last warship from this shipbuilder, the last was even worse with the longest D448 on record when accepted into service. The builder was John Brown, Clydebank. Aurora was the only Leander from John Brown and completed in 1964. The last warship completed at Brown's in 1967 was Intrepid and struggled through from then on.
