1955, after the sale of the British flagged Worthing (1928). That then left two passenger steamers under each flag. Brighton and Londres (GB) and Lisieux and Arromanches (FR). She sailed under the British flag until her withdrawal in 1963. Though never renamed, many of her British crew referred to her as 'London'.
