Africa Shell was a great ship. I spent 4 months as Electronics Officer on her in late 1974 and early 1975. She was managed and manned by Unicorn Shipping Lines from Durban, which was her home port. She loaded in Durban every trip and discharged mainly in LM, East London and Port Elizabeth. The odd trip was down further to Mossel Bay and very occasionally Cape Town.

You tended to be back in Durban every week or so which was great. A very happy ship with an excellent team on board.

This is a very fine photo of her which I have taken the liberty of copying into MY Pictures because I do not have a photo of her. Thanks for posting.
