Hi Pat. Is this the beach between Sekondi (naval base) and Takoradi, the commercial port? I worked out of Sekondi a few years ago, shore leave along in Takoradi which had more to offer!! There were always a few ships off the port of Takoradi at anchor

Hi Brian. No this beach is slightly further to the east of Sekondi. About 8 ships at anchor now 50/50 offshore supply & cargo vessels. Takoradi is a very busy port whereas Sekondi is a bit quieter with a few AHTS & well intervention vessels as well as all the new navy patrol boats...That don't appear to go anywhere.
