Before 1984, when she was sold into Sea Containers ownership. Renamed Earl Harold in 1985.

A bit more modern looking and 'functional' than Caledonian Princess, I think, but nevertheless a smart looking ship. Reminds us of just how small car ferries were back then! Looked better in these colours than the later white + rust, IMHO!

Post 1982 refit. She replaced "Maid of Kent" on the summer Weymouth-Cherbourg service in April that year.
