Correct me if I am wrong, but I think these are Spanish frigate Alvaro de Bazan on the outside, and the Dutch frigate HNLMS De Zeven Provincien on the inside.
Two interesting designs, the large bridge windows make the Dutch ship look quite small, which is certainly not the case. The Spanish vessel is definitely one of the stranger looking ships of recent years.
