R. W. Miller was taken over by Howard Smith in 1979, along with the "Amanda Miller". 1987 sold to Maltese subsidiary of Howard Smith, renamed "Amity Star", 1988 "Derby", 1991 "Seapanther", 1994 "Primo", "Lido II", 1 October 1996 arrived Alang for demolition.
