It was painted by a young lady in Mallaig She asked some Skippers if they would give her a photo of their boats she took the photos away and came back a few weeks later with paintings I cannot remember who she was or where she came from she was not local she made a lovely job of the painting and well worth the few pounds she charged

she went round a few harbours doing paintings for the skippers.
did you take the short cut in there?before the new pier was built,
