In October 1963 this ship sailed from Auckland with the largest single cargo of dairy produce ever to leave New Zealand and was presumed to be a world record. Her ports of discharge were London, Liverpool, Glasgow and Hamburg.
On board she had 268,000 cartons of butter (6,700 tons), 11,000 crates and 44,000 cartons of cheese (1,750 tons) 15,000 bags casein (470 tons) and 40,000 bags of milk powder (1,350 tons). The cargo was valued at about 2,750,00 pounds
