In the seventies, went into the bus station restaurant there for lunch.
There was fiskepudding and something else. They said that foreigners usually didn't like the 'something else' so I had the fiskepudding.
Just glad I didn't have the 'something else'!

Spekesild? (raw salted herring) Smalahove? (smoked and boiled sheep’s head) Lutefisk? (aged stockfish treated with lye) Rakørret? (salted trout cured in the sun for 3 to 4 weeks) Lots of fine food to be had in Norway…
