Unknown cargo ship, photographed May 1971 in the harbor of Nuuk / Godthåb, Greenland - possibly with the prefix, Blue.

The cutter, Y 385 next to her, is named Mallemukken and is of the Danish Navy.

I agree it is the Blue Spruce:-

Blue Spruce - Refrigerated General Cargo Vessel - Built Neuenfelde, Germany 1966 as Consul Horn but shortly afterwards
renamed Blue Spruce - Canadian - GT 873. IMO:6713934.

Sold 1972 renamed Southern Trader.
Sold 1975 renamed Hybur Trader.
Sold 1980 renamed Carib Reefer.
Sold 1984 renamed Teapa Reefer.
Sold 1987 renamed Belize Reefer.

Foundered March 1995.
