Book

For those that expressed an interest in the progress of the book I was helping to illustrate. The book is back from the publishers and will be launched at The Whaling Museum in Sandefjord in Norway on the 17th of this month and can be ordered at [email protected] I don't know the price yet, but I'm sure it will be on the application form. The book is in Norwegian and English, and is A4 landscape.

Greetings,

Jim, I will watch out for this, my grandfather and great uncle Bertie were in Salveson's whale oil tankers way back in the 1920s and my Uncle Bill was an asdic operator on the catchers in the 1950 up until it all faded away.

I missed joining a factory Ship by a nose. I was sent down by the pool and as I approached the ship the stench was over powering. I went back to the pool and asked for another ship.

Whatever the price I'm sure it's going to be worth it Jim. Looks like a trip to Norway coming up soon for you. The design of the cover is an eye catcher, will you sign me a copy?
regards
Edgar.
