1987 Transferred to Kloster Cruise Nassau Bahamas.
1991 Renamed " Sunward ".
1992 Sold to Birka Line AB Mariehamn Finland,renamed " Birka Queen ".
1992 Renamed " Sunward ".

1997 Sold to Star Cruies Private Ltd Singapore,renamed " Superstar Capricorn ".

Well not much left out, only the Captains name ! Thought her build year was in that era, she looks like a "proper " ship. Always nice to know a bit about her, I only knew her name ! She must have a good crew, looking very fresh for her age.

When I was aboard her in 2008, her captain was Captain Bjarne Larsen. Now you have it all?!!.

She was certainly a proper ship, a far better sailor than those floating blocks of flats 4 or 5 times her size.

I asked for that !!! Glad to hear there is at least one other out there that appreciates the old designs. I was brought up to the "if it looks right then it probably is right" saying and when it comes to ships I still think it works. The old ones are still the best, and that includes us.
