Bet its nice and warm down there at the moment. Welcome aboard and you will certainly get some chat with old Brocks here and maybe even connect with a close ex shipmate.
I was with Brocks as Engineering Apprentice and finally a short stint coastal as Fiver from 1961 to 1966.
Have a look the various members galleries and you will find many Brocklebank faces.
Just got me thinking there...................... to the Moderators and powers that be, is there any way one could use a search facility and type in the name of a Company, ie Brocklebank, and get a list of members that have that Company name in their profile? Might be a useful tool, especially for new members who are not yet aware of old shipmates that might already be members.
Just a thought.

I was with Brocklebanks 7 of the 9 years you were with them, name not familiar but the co had a lot of ships then and it is 40 years ago! I am sure you will enjoy it here and possibly meet up with old shipmates. Best wishes MikeJ

I have a vague recognition of the lad on the left. Was he a deck apprentice do you recall ?

Yes Mike he was a deckie app.,first tripper like me I see to remember, but no names and no pack drill I'm afraid.
