Built 1916 by J. C. Tecklenborg AG, Geestmunde as HAPAG's 'Vogtland' (10,846GT, 525' x 65' 3exp (2?), 14 knots).
1919, ceded to Britain as war reparations. Purchased 1921 by the Federal Steam Navigation Co. and renamed 'Cambridge'.
Mined and sunk in the Bass Strait, November 7, 1940: one fatality.
