No. 14 berth / shipyard. The City quays started about quarter mile upriver from here and stretched up to Craigavon Bridge
The furthest vessel is LOCH ETIVE (ex LANCASTERBROOK) when owned by John Rainey of Larne on the Anglo-Irish Transport container service Londonderry - Preston prior to being taken over by Coast Lines in 1964. which gives time zone 1962 when Rainey bought her - 1964'ish
The area beyond the ships is what was once the shipyard of North of Ireland Shipbuilding Co, an offshoot of Swan, Hunter Newcastle.
The crane seen above the funnel of the centre vessel was the 30 ton capacity steam crane used for loading the engine into new ships
