Built 1944 as an LCG(M). Converted 1948 for passenger service by Bolson's of Poole, (309grt) becoming GSN's "Rochester Queen" for Thames Estuary/Medway services. Sold 1956 to German owners for Wangerooge service renamed "Hein Muck". Commodore Queen from about 1961. Intended for excursions C.I. to France, but rather slow. Passenger certificate for 404 on Sark service.

Thanks for that information, I remember it coming and going at St Peter Port during summer holidays. From this picture it looks as though she had an argument with the quay at some stage!

Looks she is approaching No 6 berth St. PP. Powered by 2 x Paxman Diesels, naturally aspirated. Remember her well.
