I wonder if she was built without Topmasts?

This photo shows her near the end of her life. It's April, 1937, and she has been renamed CALEDONIA. Her funnels and masts have been cut down to get her under the Firth of Forth bridge. She went to Rosyth as a stationary training ship. Notice also that her lifeboats have been removed. The ship was destroyed by fire in September, 1939, just as she was being considered for use as a transport.
