It is 100% a Royal Caribbean ship and I think we are all aware of that!

I cant quite read the name clear enough though but I would have a guess it being the Granduer of the Seas as the first part of her name looks as if it has an R at the end of it and and the Splendour of the Seas was in the Med in 2007 so it cant be her!

Grandeur of the Seas along with her same class sisters the Enchantment of the Seas (which was lengthended in 2006), Rhapsody of the Seas and the Vision of the Seas are part of a six fleet class built for Royal Caribbean with the first of the class Legend of the Seas entering service in 2005.

Legend of the Seas and the Splendour of the Seas are also sister ships but they have a slightly different appearance due to their funnels being located more midships where the other four sisters have theirs situated further aft along with their trademark Viking Crown lounges.

This is either the RHAPSODY OF THE SEAS or VISION OF THE SEAS. They are very similar but not quite the same as the GRANDEUR and ENCHANTMENT OF THE SEAS. The RHAPSODY and VISION were built in France and look a bit more "squarish" overall than their Finnish-built near sisters.
My money is on this being the VISION OF THE SEAS.
