The name is correctly EBBA. Built 1920 and handed over as SILAULIAI, Kaunas in 1937. Lost in WW2.

Machinery : Atlas.Werke Triple Steam Engine - 600 ihp.

1937 Sold to AB Lietuvos Baltijos Loydas Klaipeda Latvia,renamed " SILAULIAI ".
1940 Transferred to USSR Register.
1941 Seized 05-05 i Liepaja by the Germans.
1941 ac/b 29.08 Bombed by Air Planes & beached Suursaari 30.08 - abandoned 1945.

London, possibly Free Trade Wharf?

SILAULIAI wasn't seized at Liepaja. She participated in Tallinn evacuation with soviet Baltic fleet. Was damaged by german bombs, reached Suurkula bay, where settled at bottom at 5.9.41. Abandoned while evacuation at winter 1941
