The Esso Windsor was completed in June 1958 at Cantieri Riuniti in Monfalcone, Italy. She was one of a series of tankers of around 35,000 DWT built for Esso between '57 and '59. In '63 she was transferred to La Columbia (Esso Italy) and became Esso Genova, in '69 Genova and again in '69 she was converted into a car carrier and named Hoegh Trader. She was scrapped at the end of '78.
