It sat in the Signal shipyard in Bayou Casotte Pascagoula with no work going on for at least 10 years, it looks like all it got was some prefabricated accommodation and not even a coat of paint.

Hull design looks similar to Penrod 74(built Far East Levingston, Singapore circa 1974). first contract was in New Zealand, then maybe N. Sea after that?
