I assume you mean that when the photo was taken she was still on liner runs. After Costa traded her in for the new Costa Victoria in 1994 her life became very sad. Badly operated by Lowland as Edinburgh Castle until Lowland folded, then subject to the totally botched refit by Cammell Laird she was chartered to Premier Cruise as Big Red Boat II and pushed them into bankruptcy within 3 months. Laid-up and eventually scrapped in 2005 after a nightmare voyage to the Far East. When Cammell Laird went into receivership themselves, they were carrying Big Red Boat II on their books at £35 million!
