HMS Minerva. Was she laid up for long, she looks in quite good condition?

Minerva went to the breakers of Alang in August 1993 so was for disposal little over a year.

Just as a point, the Minerva departed with her pennant number in place, this should have been scrubbed. Challenger also went with her number on the side but then she wasn't going for destruction.
Since 1986 and the destruction of the Lowestoft, all ex RN ships have had their pennant numbers removed and names painted out.
