I like the look of this boat. What length is she?
Whats the reason behind that extensions at the waterline, to slow down the roll?

The extensions are to slow down the roll. It helps a lot.

She doesn't look that long!
I assume this was added on after she was built. She looks like she could be very lively on the water without it, is the bit added on forrard an addition too?, it makes her look better than the pictures of the other boats on the link you posted
