Gardline Seeker is evidently still on the go and has had an extremely varied career.
Last I heard, not very long ago, she was laid up in St Margrets hope in Orkney, after being used as a base for a local radio station (legal) up there. I have photos of her taken around that time, will try and up load.
Also, rumour is that she's been bought by the new radio station in the Isle of Mann to be used as a transmitter platform for their high powered long wave transmitter, but, as I say, that is just rumour.
I was on her around 83/84 time. At the end of the contract we were on, we sailed back to Lowestoft and stripped her down to the bare bones. She was then sailed to Halifax, Nova Scotia, and was converted into a pirate radio station. I think she came back as Laser 252 radio.
