Now six decades since was first there. My, how time flies when one isn't up the proverbial Nigerian creeks, paddle equipped or otherwise. 1961 and ED's mv Eboe spring to mind as I am still in touch with two now, like me, not so young 'bodies' from that date. Tony Bryant who was C/O and Professor Pim Jungerius who we took as a passenger to his home in Holland. He, Pim, was part of the original Shell team prospecting for the black gold.
