and it must have been early 1985. I was there with m/t Kotka Rose which was later the same year renamed Narai.

Hi Raimo, "Gastrana", built 1974,48800 grt, 852ft x 114ft beam, not a bad looking vessel compared to Isomeria & Isocardia.

Sailed as 3rd Engineer 1976,running from Lumut to Japan along with the other 6 "G" class vessels,also sailed aboard the Gari.Still at sea aboard Acergy Eagle as Technical Supervisor dive/lay systems

At that time (before they became "B" class under Brunei LNG) The discharge was either Sodegaura (Chiba) or Negishi (Yokohama) when in Tokyo Bay or Senboku in Osaka bay.
