At every turn there was something to catch the interest or to admire and I would love to have witnessed the heyday of coal in such ports. Hmmmm. A bit of rust along the hull. Funnel looks a bit dirty. At least the derricks and cranes are topped and all tidy. All as should be on the LOCH LOMOND!!!!! No. 1 in the Fleet.... MAREE just at No 2 position. ;-)

But the Maree had a very nice painting pontoon, that neither of you liked.
Lovely lines, makes me feel like going back to sea again, just for a good run ashore.

Spence. Hey Mate! Not the pontoon. The 'portable ballast tank'.... supposedly masqueraded as a 'swimming pool'. Never once saw it used... and just made a nuisance. Why do you need a swimming pool when you have a bar? ;-)

The only thing that messed the MAREE was the 'scar' under her name on the starboard bow.
