Now thats a crab, a lot better, than those spindly Blue swimmer crabs you get around Cockburn and Mandurah and that jetty, is now used by the tourist boat. The entrance to the Blackwood from sea, is that a bar crossing Bouvard??

Yes, a sand bar crossing and tie-up right in town. Not possible now with reduced rainfall in the S.W. the bar is inpassable. All loading from moorings in Flinders Bay. Plans afoot to build a small boat harbour at Flat Rock, just up toward the Cape from Flinders Bay boat ramp. All planning in place, just awaiting the funding.......

Its not before time that a small boat harbour was built at the Flinders Bay boat ramp, we had a week there last year and I had a good look at that ramp, not a very great ramp. I hope the funding comes through,as it will make life a lot easier for you lads in Augusta.
