Looks like HMS Blake C99 - Tigers after funnel was taller.
L 169.3 B 19.5 Dr 7.0 Mts Originally 11,700 tons but 12,080 post refit.
Machinery ; quadruple screws driven by Parsons geared steam turbines, 4 Admiralty 3-drum boilers, 80,000 shp, 31.5 knots.
Armament ; single twin 6" C50 Mk26 mount AA single Vickers 3" C70 Mk6 twin mount
Missile system ;2 Seacat GWS22 quad launchers
Helicopters: Deck and hangar for 4 Westland Wessex or Westland Sea King

Unusual to see a Capital RN warship on the South Mole..........were they loading ammo? Ther are only a few berths left for the RN/RFA now in Gib as the rest belong to Cammel Laird's.
