I could be wrong, but from what I can make out of the pennant number, this is Grenville. Obviously a Type 15 frigate conversion in any case.

Thank you Pusser. The photo was taken many years ago and I only rediscovered it yesterday. I had great difficulty making out the Pennant number and made it F037. I then researched R.N. Frigates from the 60's / 70's and ID'd it as H.M.S. Jaguar. If your guess is correct I will rename the photo,

Defo Grenville which was laid up in this position off Priddy's Hard between 1973 and 1983.
