I admire your Loyalty to her, but when have been in company with her she has had lots of problems.

she has for years suffered rot problems down aft on the port side ans has been operating operationally without any active sonars, was a stop gap when libya kicked off having been de stored de crewed etc, 42s now some 30 years old must not be the nicest of enviroments to work in they were not the best when new, all having said and done they certainly earned their keep over the years i doubt if the ships that replace them will last as long... hats off to the t42 community and very well done indeed

Bob, and might I add, what a good photo this is. A great vantage point and nice to see the Portsmouth movements from a different angle.
