Burra Isle Shetland.
This was the prime fishing centre on the west coast of Shetland, with the Burra Haaf, a prolific haddock ground, just out to westward, and home to a large fleet of herring and haddock boats. Now only the Comrades is based in the village, see here at the pier. Our house, now much altered was just behind the red car and white van.
