I thought I saw somebody on board but assumed it was my eyes playing tricks. Wonder what they are doing onboard at that point, placing charges?

His boiler suit won't be white either.
Could he have been placed on board to check the damage caused by the missile hit? And make notes for later.

they must have fitted some mods in leui of falklands to see if damage could be lessened in event of an exocet strike

There is actually two persons onboard. The other person is in front of the guy in the white boiler suit.
